Sard ("we") creates personalized coloring books, storybooks and short films for children in Qatar. This policy explains what we collect when you place an order on sard-qa.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- About your child (or the person the order is for): name, age, gender, the photos you upload, and the interests or story request you write.
- About you: email address, phone number and delivery address.
- Payment: online payments are processed by Tap Payments. We never see or store your card details — we only receive the payment status.
Why we use it
- To create, review, print and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order by email or WhatsApp.
We don't sell your information and we don't use your child's photos for advertising or marketing.
How your child's photos are processed
To illustrate your child, the photos are sent to our AI image providers (Magnific and OpenAI) and used only to generate the images for your order. Our team reviews every order before it is produced.
Who else handles your data
Trusted service providers that help us run Sard: Amazon Web Services (private photo and file storage), Neon (order database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (order emails), Tap Payments (payments), and the AI providers above. Some of these providers may store data outside Qatar.
How long we keep it
We keep order details and images for as long as needed to complete your order and support you afterwards. You can ask us to delete your child's photos and generated images at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@sard-qa.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +974 70227723. By placing an order you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission.
